The customer service team helped me apply a coupon that I had. Junk King is very communicative with emails and texts leading up to drop off and pick up. They guys that dropped off the dumpster (also same guys that picked it up later) were really cool and parked it right where I wanted it. They answered a couple questions of mine and were very helpful. There were no hidden fees after the fact and I paid the price that they advertised which I was VERY happy about. Hardly any companies nowadays are up front with how much you ultimately pay. I will definitely use Junk King again if I need it!
